U.S. Technology Services Company Expands

Marco, a provider of pioneering technology services in the U.S., has acquired the copier and printer services business, Document & Network Technologies (DNT).

The Missouri based DNT has dealt with copiers, printers, managed print, IT, shredding and imaging services for over 15 years.

According to The Imaging Channel, it is the 14th acquisition by Marco in the past three years. Marco will keep all 80 staff.

Marco has 1,130 employees and serves over 30,000 customers across 50 locations in America.

It is said this acquisition will be significant for Marco in Missouri. After the acquisition, the company will own eight locations in the state.
