According to Wirth Consulting, the American state of Idaho has purchased HP’s Boise campus for $110 million.

The sale is said to have gone through in December 2017 for the campus which includes eight buildings.

The campus boasts 1.3 million square feet of office space, 200 square feet of warehouse space and nearly 200 acres, including 54 acres of parking.

Idaho State plans to move some of its agencies into the buildings over the years, with HP remaining in five of them for now.

Hewlett-Packard Enterprise will keep at least one building while HP Inc and HP Enterprises will rent space as tenants.

After HP reduced its number of employees from fewer than 4,000 in 2014, it is said that there are only currently 2,000 remaining.
