Sharp Europe Launches MX-B428W A4 Monochrome MFP

Sharp Europe has expanded its A4 MFP portfolio with the launch of the MX-B428W, a monochrome device aimed at supporting the printing and document management needs of hybrid workplaces.

The new model is designed to combine productivity, security, and ease of use in a compact format, addressing the growing demand for flexible office technology that can support distributed teams while remaining straightforward for IT departments to manage.

The MX-B428W delivers print speeds of up to 40 pages per minute and incorporates a redesigned touchscreen interface intended to simplify operation and reduce user errors. Enhanced scanning capabilities support document digitisation workflows, including the option to create searchable files, while cloud connectivity and mobile printing features enable users to access and share documents across a range of devices and locations.

Security has also been a key focus of the new device. Standard features include a Trusted Platform Module (TPM) and a range of authentication, encryption, and audit functions designed to help organisations protect sensitive information and maintain control over print environments.

According to Sharp Europe, the MX-B428W strengthens the company’s existing A4 MFP portfolio and reflects ongoing investment in expanding its range of office printing solutions. The company says the device is intended to help organisations improve everyday productivity, support flexible working practices, and simplify fleet management across multiple locations.

The MX-B428W is available through Sharp’s partner network across Europe.
