Ricoh Acquires Avanti

In order to help improve management efficiency and customer productivity, Ricoh has strategically acquired Avanti Computer Systems Limited (Avanti).

According to the OEM, the acquisition allows Ricoh to further expand the value its production print workflow delivers to customers.

Back in July 2013, Ricoh made a strategic investment in Toronto-based Avanti, which laid the foundation for this acquisition. Avanti is a leading provider of Print MIS (Management Information System) targeting the production print market.

In addition to production workflow, Ricoh is now able to offer marketing workflow services, aiming to increase the value proposition print shops can offer to their customers.
