Ourway Granted US Patent Certification

Recently, Zhuhai Ourway Image Tech Co., Ltd (“Ourway”) has gained approval from the United States Patent and Trademark Office for its Seesaw solution for dongle gears compatible with the Canon series patent application, and the patent certificate will be released soon. In the early of this year, this technology has been also recognized by U.S. Customs and Border Protection. It means the “Seesaw” patented technology not only entering the U.S. market but also be protected by U.S. officials. More so, in Europe, such products will also not infringe the European EP2087407 patent.

Meanwhile, according to a representative at Ourway, products using the seesaw technology have already successfully entered the US and Europe. The representative also declares that the approval for this solution is strategically significant for the company’s future development. This patent solution will also expand Ourway’s paths into Europe and the U.S., especially for the high-end market. Moreover, this patent case also shows that the company respects OEM products and protects intellectual property rights, establishing a good example for other companies in the industry.

Ourway also claimed that it has been dedicated to making sure that its products are of high quality and environmentally friendly while respecting the IP rights of the OEM products. Many products under the company’s brand have in fact held their own patents.
