Canon has released four new printer models in the U.S.A. in order to meet the demands of small businesses.
According to Canon, the four new products—the MF733Cdw, MF731Cdw, MF634Cdw and MF632Cdw—will replace its older Color imageCLASS devices.
Canon says the new products are designed with a smaller form to fit small business or home users while preserving an on par quality with devices dedicated to larger offices.The new models will include
The new models will include new streamlined control panel and user interface. The touch panel for all four models has been increased from 3.5 to 5 inches. Besides the larger and more user-friendly interface, the products also promise faster printing more vivid image qualities, larger yield, and longer out-of-box warranty.
It is to be noted the new products require larger toner cartridges that can produce higher yields.
- The MF730 models offer 6,300 page (black) and 5,000 page (cyan, magenta, yellow) hi-yield cartridges, as well as standard version consumables offering 2,200 page (black) and 2,300 page (cyan, magenta, yellow).
- The MF630 models offer 2,800 page (black) and 2,200 page (cyan, magenta, yellow) hi-yield cartridges, as well as standard version consumables offering 1,400 page (black) and 1,300 page (cyan, magenta, yellow).
All four models will be available through online stores as well as retailers and resellers. The minimally advertised prices (MAP) for the MF733Cdw, MF731Cdw, MF634Cdw and MF632Cdw are $529, $489, $399 and $349 respectively.
