New HP Campus to Operate in 2018

One of the printer giants has signed up a long-term lease agreement for its new office campus on the eastside of CityPlace at Springwoods Village, which will begin construction in early 2017.

According to PR Newswire, Patrinely Group, USAA Real Estate Company and CDC Houston jointly announced the agreement. Also, Patrinely Group revealed that the new HP campus includes two office buildings, covering an area of 378,000 square feet (35,117 square meters) and housing about 2,400 employees. HP aims to operate the new campus in the third quarter of 2018.

Robert Fields, President and CEO of Patrinely Group, said, “HP will be able to enjoy all of the first-class amenities we will offer within CityPlace, and Springwoods Village.
