LMI Solutions Acquires Printersdirect

Phoenix-based LMI Solutions (LMI), a R2 certified remanufacturer, distributor and recycler of award winning replacement monochrome and color toner cartridges, today announced the acquisition of Printersdirect LLC (Printersdirect), a remanufacturer of premium quality business printers based in Atlanta, Georgia.  The acquisition follows LMI’s purchase of Global Printer Services (GPS), consolidating the two leading providers of remanufactured printer hardware.  With the two acquisitions, LMI will be able to offer a complete end-to-end strategy to help clients grow recurring revenues and profitability with top quality remanufactured printers, remanufactured toner and managed print infrastructure services.
