LMI Solutions Acquires Parts Now

Two of the most iconic brand names in North America have formed a strategic alliance. On September 30, Phoenix, Arizona-based LMI Solutions announced a strategic investment in Parts Now.

Just a year ago, LMI Solutions acquired two of the industry’s most reputable printer remanufacturers, Printers Direct LLC and Global Printer Services LLC to become the largest printer remanufacturer in the world.

Gary Willert, President and CEO of LMI Solutions (pictured left), is obviously delighted with this new acquisition. As a leading remanufacturer of print cartridges, remanufactured printers and Managed Print Services (MPS), it gives his company strategic influence having North America’s premier value-added supplier of printer parts and related accessories.
