Lexmark to Provide Managed Print Service in the UK

Lexmark International, Inc. has been awarded a partnership with Crown Commercial Services (CCS), a British government agency, for public services in managed print and content management in the UK.

According to bobsguide.com, Lexmark has signed a contract with CCS, and was provided a position on the RM3781 framework to offer public sector and central government customer solutions for printer/copier, managed print and records information management services.

The same news source also reported that the framework was signed in response to the increased customer demand for digital solutions and call for more efficiency and cost savings of organizations.

Lexmark will help customers manage workflows, cut carbon footprints, and develop a more flexible print strategy to optimize their print operations across the organization, as reported by bobsguide.com.

The Crown Commercial Service (CCS) is a governmental agency that integrates policy, advice and direct buying to save money for the taxpayers, according to its official website.
