Kyocera Launches ECOSYS MZ3201ix A3 MFP

Kyocera Document Solutions America has launched the ECOSYS MZ3201ix, a new A3 multifunction device designed for small and growing businesses. The device supports copying, printing and scanning, with fax functionality available as an option.

The ECOSYS MZ3201ix includes several cloud-based applications, including Kyocera Cloud Print and Scan (KCPS), Kyocera Cloud Connect (KCC) and Kyocera Cloud Information Manager (KCIM). These applications support cloud printing and scanning, access to cloud storage, and document capture and search.

The device features a range of automated scanning functions, including mixed-size and auto-size original detection, automatic ID card scanning, barcode and 2D code scanning, and MultiCrop scanning for digitizing multiple documents in a single operation.

For security, the ECOSYS MZ3201ix incorporates FIPS 140-3 encryption, a Trusted Platform Module (TPM), and Secure Boot. It also supports confidential document detection and secure printing with PIN or ID authentication.

The device is compatible with Microsoft Universal Print and Windows. Its embedded user interface can also be integrated with Kyocera Print Center for print management within Microsoft 365 and Azure AD environments.

Additional network and business continuity features include backup and restore functions and fault isolation. The device also uses long-life components and comes with a standard built-in Document Processor.

The ECOSYS MZ3201ix is now available through Kyocera Document Solutions America.
