Eco-Conscious Product Wins Bronze Stevie Award

Toshiba America Business Solutions (TABS) has gained the 2014 Bronze Stevie^® Award in the best business-to-business product category for launching the e-STUDIOTM306LP/RD30, which is said to be the world’s first multifunction product (MFP) with erasable toner.

TABS pointed out that the device can erase images and text output by using its unique toner and enables users to reuse of the same sheet of paper. According to global national standards organization British Standards Institute, users will minimize paper usage and decrease carbon dioxide emissions by up to 57% if they reuse the same sheet as many as five times.

The American Business Awards are said to be one of the national premier business awards program, which opens to all organizations in the U.S. Stevie Award winners were selected by more than 240 executives nationwide through the judging process.
