Dubai Launches Paperless Strategy

Under the directives of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid, the Emirate unveiled the Dubai Paperless Strategy on his official LinkedIn.

According to Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Emirate’s Crown Prince, the strategy aims to transform Dubai into the first smart and sustainable paperless government in the world by 12, December. The strategy will eliminate one billion papers annually used for government transactions in Dubai as well as save time spent on processing paper transactions.

Smart Dubai is in charge of overseeing the implementation of this strategy, and relevant government departments are also advocated to participate in the supervision so as to ensure the rapid implementation.
