Digitek Computer Products Acquired

A North Carolina-based company that provides products and services to dealers since 1972 has announced its merger with Digitek Computer Products, Inc.

According to PR Newswire, Digitek Computer Products, Inc. is an industry-leading supplier of innovative services and products. Following the merger, Carolina Wholesale Group (‘CWG’) will become one of the largest distributors of imaging supplies and machines in the U.S.

With this acquisition, CWG now owns three first-rate brands—Digitek, Arlington Industries and Carolina Wholesale. Moreover, Digitek and CWG can offer customers 5,000 more items across 11 distribution centers. By strengthening bonds with key vendors, dealers and other trade partners, transporting the expanded products to the combined customer base will speed up.

Customers of CWG now can get access to Digitek’s PartnerPro online sales training modules and dealer branded marketing tools as well.
