Changes to Epson Board

Koichi Kubota (pictured) has been appointed new representative director of Epson board, in replace of current director, senior managing executive officer (representative director) Shigeki Inoue who will retire for personal reasons.

Joined Epson since1983, Koichi Kubota now is the director and senior managing executive officer, and chief operating officer of the printing solutions operations division, with 27,200 shares. His background is as below:

The change is said to be effective on October 1.
