Brother Sees Growth Opportunity for Resellers

Brother UK noted the business inkjet market increase 9% year on year, according to Infotrends and is expected to grow by 76% between 2012 and 2017, according to IDC. This also means that resellers have a great opportunity to grow their own business, said the OEM.

“The business inkjet market is growing rapidly, with over three million units sold last year. Businesses increasingly look for great value machines with a strong feature set that helps to support today’s agile workforces. Our new ranges will give resellers a compelling proposition to help them capitalize on this opportunity,” said Stuart Mabe, Product Manager at Brother UK.

As was revealed by channelpro.co.uk, business machines are improved with lower running costs, faster print speeds and better print quality. Also, advanced connectivity options make them compatible with mobiles and tablets. Affordable A3 print options and improved total cost of ownership make them a more attractive proposition for growing businesses.

Brother claimed it has launched two new ranges of printers for enterprises—theJ5000 and J4000 ranges, with faster speed and improved print quality. Both ranges offer a variety of connectivity options, including near field communication (NFC), printing and scanning direct from mobile devices and access to cloud services, such as Google Cloud Print, AirPrint, iPrint&Scan. This will help resellers to further appeal to customers using BYOD schemes.

“As the number one brand in A3 ink, we’re trusted by businesses to provide high quality, reliable printers that deliver the features they need,” added Mabe.
