Brother Launches ‘The Incompatibles’ Campaign

According to PCR, Brother has recently initiated a campaign called ‘The Incompatibles’ to address the potential problems caused by using non-original inks and toners. The new campaign has a handful of features, including ‘The Blur’ and ‘The Destructor’ which detail the types of problems end users may confront by using non-original inks and toners.

Malcolm Drake, head of EOS at Brother UK, pointed out that businesses always look for reliable printers which can help to keep costs down. However, by using cheaper compatible inks and toners, users sometimes get sub-quality printouts and could cause “lasting damage” to their printers.

Malcolm said, “Original consumables are designed to work with manufacturers’ printers, guaranteeing performance. They undergo rigorous testing for optimum print quality.”
