Kelley Imaging Acquires Dealer

Prosperity Plus Management Consulting, Inc. revealed that it advised Fred Schacht, President of Benchmark Document Solutions, in the sale of the business to Kelley Imaging Systems, Inc..

Benchmark Document Solutions (BDS) was founded in 1994 by Fred and Colleen Schacht. Fred had already been serving area clients since 1988 as an employee of Xerox Corporation.  Benchmark specializes in the ability to provide a high level of service as an exclusive Platinum Authorized Sales Agent for the Xerox Corporation.  BDS operates with one common goal and that is to satisfy the customer.
