Apogee Acquires MPS Provider in the UKApogee Corporation Ltd, an HP company, has agreed to acquire Kent-based Managed Print Service provider Direct-Tec Group, according to the imagingchannel.com

Direct-Tec’s reputation will enhance Apogee’s coverage and capacity to support its clients throughout the UK. This acquisition forms part of our ongoing growth strategy as we aim to create the perfect combination of secure and flexible solutions for our clients’ hybrid workforce,” says Aurelio Maruggi, CEO of Apogee.

It is said that this is Apogee’s first acquisition since its change of ownership to HP Inc. in 2018. Following the integration of Direct-Tec, Apogee will continue to consider further strategic acquisitions to drive its growth in the UK and Continental Europe.

As the needs of the workforce evolve following the pandemic, Apogee’s focus broadens to provide world-class Managed Print Services combined with Outsourced Document Services and Managed IT Services.
