140 Thousand Counterfeit Packages Seized in Hubei

More than 140 thousand counterfeit HP packagecases were seized in Shashi District, Jingzhou, Hubei, China and two suspects were arrested, reported Jingzhou Daily.

As was revealed, the raid was conducted by the Public Security Bureau of Shashi District. A reporter authorized by HP reported a case that counterfeit HP toner cartridge packages were sold online and the supplier was located in Shashi District, Jingzhou.
As the suspect for selling the counterfeits online was confirmed, police found the printing factory and warehouse for the counterfeit HP toner cartridge packages. In the warehouse, 142,401 counterfeits were seized, including fake HP toner cartridge packages, stickers, user guides. In the factory, 58 printing moulds of counterfeit toner cartridge packages and 202 samples of packages were seized.

The case is still under investigation and the police are pursuing two other suspects, according to the statement.
