Sharp recently announced the launch of its latest A3 multifunction printer (MFP) lineup, the BP series , designed to take “Beyond Smart Work” to the next level. Available in both color and monochrome models ranging from 26 to 65 ppm, this new generation redefines productivity, connectivity, and sustainability for today’s hybrid workplaces.

Smarter Productivity for Diverse Workstyles

The BP Series delivers exceptional speed and efficiency, scanning up to 300 images per minute via its duplex single-pass feeder and printing up to 65 pages per minute. The intuitive, modern interface ensures effortless operation—whether printing directly from mobile devices or integrating seamlessly with cloud platforms.
Now supporting Microsoft Entra ID, users can securely access Microsoft services such as Teams and OneDrive for Business through token-based single sign-on, making collaboration smoother than ever. Additional cloud connections, including Google Drive™ and OneDrive, can be easily installed and updated through Sharp’s Application Portal.

The new models also feature “My Favourite Colour Tone,” allowing users to personalize their prints with ten preset styles, while the “My Folder Print” function automatically organizes documents into user folders for convenience.

Stronger Security and Reliability

Recognizing the growing cybersecurity challenges faced by modern offices, Sharp has fortified the BP Series with multi-layered protection. The MFP automatically verifies its BIOS and firmware at startup—if anomalies are detected, an automatic BIOS recovery restores the system to a secure state. Optional BitDefender® integration offers an extra layer of virus protection for organizations demanding enhanced security.

Greener by Design

Sustainability stands at the heart of the BP Series. Each device incorporates approximately 50% Post-Consumer Recycled (PCR) plastics, one of the highest ratios in the industry, significantly reducing reliance on virgin materials. Sharp also replaced traditional foam packaging with recyclable corrugated cardboard to minimize waste. The new “Balance” sleep mode and industry-leading low TEC values further enhance energy efficiency, helping businesses cut both environmental impact and operating costs.
