Every visitor should mark their calendars for October 16–18, 2025.

The event will take place at the Zhuhai International Convention & Exhibition Center.

Located near Zhuhai’s beautiful coastline, the venue is easily accessible from various points in the city.

How to Get to the Venue

Shuttle bus

This year, we have launched an online Hotel & Shuttle Bus Reservation System, making it easier than ever to book hotel and customize shuttle bus service.

By taking a shuttle bus, visitors will get off at the venue’s parking lot with all the other participants on the same bus.

Taxi

Please search for Zhuhai International Exhibition Center or, more conveniently, show the Chinese name of the venue – 珠海国际会展中心 to the driver.

Visitors will get off at the location marked on the map below. After that, they need to walk for a few minutes to Gate A1 to enter the venue.

Bring the Right Tools

Make Payments by Alipay – Safe & Fast

It is highly recommended to download the following apps before attending the Expo.

WeChat – a mainstream social app in China. It’s an easy and efficient way to keep the conversation going during and after the Expo. Plus, the group chat feature allows you to create spaces for multiple attendees to connect and share insights.

Alipay – a leading mobile payment app in China. It’s widely used for everyday transactions like shopping, dining, and bills. It offers quick, secure payments via QR codes and also provides financial services like savings, loans, and insurance.

Didi – China’s Uber-style ride-hailing app, available in English and supporting international payments, ensuring smooth and reliable travel around the city.

All three apps are free and available through their official websites.

In addition to these apps, a few practical items will make your visit easier:

Business cards: Bring plenty, and consider adding your WeChat QR code or other digital contact info for easy networking.
Power bank, comfortable shoes, and a small day bag: The exhibition halls are large, and you’ll be on your feet exploring.
Layered clothing: The halls are air-conditioned, but the weather outside can be warm or humid.

Maximize Networking Opportunities

Don’t just walk the floor, join the social & after-hours events. Sharing dinner or tea with potential partners can often lead to stronger relationships than formal meetings.

Use the downtime (before or after exhibits) for casual conversations. Many doors open when people connect over food or culture.
