Counterfeits Seized in Jiangsu

Yancheng police seized about CN¥400,000 (US$57,980) worth of 862 fake toner cartridges and 2,130 printer trademarks under HP and Samsung brand in Yancheng, Jiangsu, China.

The arrested suspect bought fake toner cartridges and trademarks from suppliers in Jiangxi and Guangdong, China. The suspect sold the fake cartridges to the local dealers in Yansheng City and customers online, cropping more than CN¥3 million (US$434,846) of profits. The suspect was arrested for violation of using an identical trademark.
