Xerox Appoints Louie Pastor as New CEO

Xerox Holdings Corporation has named Louie Pastor as its new chief executive officer, effective immediately, following the departure of Steve Bandrowczak.

Pastor, who most recently served as president and chief operating officer, has been closely involved in the company’s strategic and operational transformation. In that role, he oversaw global service delivery, revenue operations, marketing, and corporate functions, positioning him as a key internal candidate for the top job.

In a statement, Xerox said the board viewed Pastor as a leader with strong operational discipline and deep familiarity with the business. Board chairman Scott Letier noted that Pastor had played a central role in advancing the company’s strategy and strengthening its operating model, adding that the board believes he is well placed to drive execution and sustain momentum.

Pastor said he was honored to take on the role and indicated he would focus on delivering results and advancing the company’s priorities. He also acknowledged Bandrowczak’s role in stabilizing and repositioning the company in recent years.

Bandrowczak, who led Xerox through a period of industry change, highlighted efforts to strengthen the company’s foundation, including acquisitions such as Lexmark and ITsavvy. He said the company had taken “important steps” during his tenure and expressed confidence in Pastor’s leadership going forward.

Xerox also reaffirmed its full-year 2026 guidance, stating it remains on track to meet its financial and operational targets.
