Kolit Gives Digital Printers a Second Life

With the mission of giving every digital printing device a new life, Kolit has established a dedicated factory to remanufacture digital printers for brands such as Ricoh, Canon, Konica Minolta, Xerox, and more.

“We hope that every remanufactured digital printer we produce can bring added value and new business opportunities to our users,” said Bryan Wang, General Manager of  Guangdong Kolit Copier Technology Co., Ltd. (“Kolit”).

At the heart of the factory is a meticulous remanufacturing process: each machine is fully disassembled, cleaned, and inspected to ensure every component meets Kolit’s quality standards.

During the production process, only original parts are used, and all consumables are fully replaced. Every unit undergoes comprehensive testing to guarantee performance and reliability.

Kolit’s toner production and multifunction printer workshops further highlight its precision approach. Each toner filling machine is equipped with an automatic toner suction system, dedicated to producing a single color and model, ensuring sufficient consistent quality and sufficient production capacity.

Meanwhile, mid-to-high-speed A4 models—devices rarely available in China’s domestic market—are remanufactured using standardized processes once production reaches a threshold of 2,000 units.

“Remanufacturing multifunction printers is usually very difficult to standardize. We are experimenting with certain models to achieve standardization — not only for the machines themselves, but also for their consumables and common accessories,” Bryan explained.

Celebrating 20 years of innovation, Kolit emphasizes that its service system is as important as its machines. Since its establishment, Kolit has focused on building a customer-centric service system to provide strong technical and operational support. In recent years, Kolit has also integrated AI technology to enhance the efficiency and intelligence of its service system.
