Art Diamond Passes

In what many will see as the end of the age, veteran imaging scientist, author, and champion of the imaging industry, Art Diamond has passed away, just 8 days before his 86th birthday.

Diamond died peacefully at 6pm August 24, 2016 at his home in Ojai, California with his wife Diane beside him.

Diamond was a father-like mentor to many, many people, and will be missed by all. In the last 5 years, he was the Senior Consulting Editor for Recycling Times Magazine and was instrumental in making it the most widely-read industry journal in 4 languages.

At the time of his retirement in December, 2015, Diamond was featured on the cover of the magazine along with an article outlining his heritage.
