Xerox to Sell Part of Webster CampusAccording to whec.com, Xerox is selling part of its Webster property to Tessy Plastics, based in Skaneateles.

Xerox Webster property covers five million square feet. Back in late October, Tessy announced it’s buying three buildings on the Xerox Webster campus. It is said that the three buildings add up to 1.5 million square feet and the biggest one is 750,000 square feet, equaling 13 football fields.

According to Tessy, it “plans to lease a portion of the purchased area in Webster to third party tenants and utilize the remainder as warehouse space. This is with the assumption that the buildings will later turn into full-scale production plants.”

The deal is expected to close by the end of this year. No further details are disclosed at this stage.

Tessy is a global contract manufacturer, focusing on producing medical and pharmaceutical products plus items for the consumer market.
