Experiencing the Chinese Riviera

The St Regis brand is set to open its newest hotel in Zhuhai, the world’s capital of print consumables, in September. Many media and government spokespersons claim this newest hotel is adding to the reputation of Zhuhai which is being touted as China’s “Riviera”.

The opening of another hotel icon, the InterContinental Hotel is set for later in the year. These properties have been constructed to time with the opening of the longest sea bridge in the world between Hong Kong and Zhuhai, and neighboring Macau.

The St Regis hotel’s opening comes just one-month before RemaxWorld Expo 2018 (October 18–20). RemaxWorld Expo is held in Zhuhai International Convention and Exhibition Center, and the 72-floor Zhuhai Tower is just next door, just a 3-minute walk away. St. Regis Zhuhai is ideally located at the top from the 41st to 72nd floors of this iconic city landmark.

When exhibitors come to the show this year to meet up with some 15,000+ visitors from more than 80 countries, they now have the option to network and relax at the St. Regis.

The hotel claims to have 251 guest rooms starting from 60 square meters. The suites, which includes a Presidential Suite of approximately 1,100-square-meter all promise to offer a breathtaking view of the vast Greater Bay landscapes of Zhuhai and Macau.

It is expected the designed meeting areas will offer a range of generous layouts and upscale amenities with the 1,500 square-meter meeting space. For those wanting to go even higher, they can venture out onto the 315-square-meter St. Regis roof to enjoy the stunning river channel view between Hengqin and Macau’s Cotai strip as the backdrop.

There are also an array of first-class restaurants and lounges to provide visitors with a great networking, dining experience.
