Toshiba Tec Corporation Release Results for Q2
For the three months ended June 30, 2021, Toshiba Tec Corporation reported its net sales increased 26.9% year-over-year to 107.097 billion yen (US$971.111 million).
Some other highlights include:
- Operating profit turned out to be 3.299 billion yen (US$29.914 million)
- Ordinary profit turned out to be 2.739 billion yen (US$24.836 million)
- Profit attributable to owners of parent turned out to be 2.691 billion yen (US$24.401 million).
As of June 30, Toshiba Tec Corporation total assets were registered to be 296.232 billion yen (US$2.686 billion), with net assets of 111.029 billion yen (US$1.007 billion).
For the outlook on the fiscal year 2022 ending March 31, 2022, Toshiba Tec Corporation predicts that its net sales will increase 3.5% to 420.000 billion yen (US$3.808 billion) while operating profit will increase dramatically by 154.1% to 21.000 billion yen (US$190.431 million). Ordinary profit is expected to increase 150.2% to 18.000 billion (US$163.227 million), while profit attributable to owners of parent is expected to increase 40.3% to 10.000 billion yen (US$90.681).
