Static Control Opens Polish Warehouse

Static ControlStatic Control claims it will open a new warehouse in Wroclaw, Poland to better support mainland European customers in March 2024. The announcement was made at the Ambiente tradeshow on January 26.

The new warehouse is said to cover 6,616 m2 and will serve as a fulfillment center for the thousands of products sold by Static Control.

“We are excited about this opening as it shows to the industry our deep commitment to providing exceptional customer service in Europe,” said CEO Juan Carlos Bonell. “We have significant business in mainland Europe, and we are investing big to continue offering the best possible service levels. We are getting closer to our customers expanding our capabilities in Europe”

Service levels for the majority of mainland Europe will improve almost immediately. “On average, we expect delivery two days faster than today,” said Bonell.

There will be no impact on United Kingdom customers.

Bonell emphasizes the importance of customer feedback for the company. “Static Control is a customer-centric company. We listen to customer suggestions and have heard from our European customers the desire for a closer warehouse. We are happy to deliver our premium cartridges, components, and toners to them in a faster, more efficient way.”
