Raids on Counterfeit HP Supplies Conducted in South China

HP has recently conducted a series of raids against fake authorized distributors on counterfeit HP supplies in Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Foshan, Huizhou, Zhongshan and Maoming in Guangdong Province, reported Sohu.com.

By cooperating with industry and commerce administration authorities and law enforcement agencies in the six cities, HP investigated and raided on 52 stores who claimed themselves to be authorized distributors of HP. The action found 42 stores selling counterfeit HP supplies and seized 173 fake HP toner cartridges and ink cartridges, as well as a batch of packaging materials. All signboards of the fake HP distributors involved have been removed after the action.
