Ninestar Spends Millions on Employee Residential Project rtmworldNinestar has signed an agreement with a world-class developer to construct its employee residential project.

Country Garden, the developer and operator of residential communities is ranked among “The World’s 500 Largest Public Companies” according to Forbes. In 2016, Country Garden’s residential property sales exceeded USD43 billion, covered approximately 37.47 million square meters, and ranked among top three real estate enterprises globally.

Back on December 24, 2019, Ninestar spent RMB¥634 million (US$91.95 million) on buying land with an area of 78,084.21 square meters in Pingsha Town, Zhuhai dedicated for employee residential use. The land is only 3.5 kilometers away from brand new Ninestar’s high-end Printer Manufacturing Base and is expected to shorten employees’ commuting time to just 10 minutes.

The construction of the employee residential project will commence on September 1, 2020.
