New Compatible Drum Unit for Use in Lexmark 900 Series

HYB has released a new compatible drum unit for use in Lexmark C950, X950, X952 and X954 devices.

According to a statement HYB supplied to RT Media, the company has sourced drum cartridges in good condition in order to rebuild them with long life OPCs so as to ensure page yield. The newly released HYB-LE-C950 and X950 are estimated to have a page yield of 115K pages.

In order to satisfy customers who mostly make business with dealers and have a high expectation on toners, HYB has been working on developing premium quality toner, developer and drum units for copiers.

The concern for IP and material safety are addressed to ensure non-infringement and safety as part of the quality assurance routine for all of HYB products. Governments are now imposing tougher regulations in relation to the inappropriate or excessive use of fire-retardant DecaBDEs. This places limitations on some products manufactured by HYB’s competitors.

Test results:

“We are confident that where governments have imposed high standards that we can meet the demands of our customers in every case,” a spokesperson told RT Media.

HYB claims it has been the first choice of 600 importers in 77 countries for copier toner cartridges. The company spokesman added, “We have developed more than 2,700 SKUs for injection, blow moulding production. The products we supply are not just for leading manufacturers who fill their own copier cartridges, 75% of cartridges produced go directly to fulfil HYB customers’ needs.”
