Ricoh Showcases AI & Workplace Solutions at WHEREAS 2026

Ricoh presented its latest workplace technologies and services at WHEREAS 2026, focusing on solutions designed to support modern, flexible work environments. The company showcased a range of offerings including interactive displays, monitoring systems, and managed services aimed at improving efficiency and delivering value to clients.

At its exhibition space, Ricoh demonstrated integrated applications of Internet of Things (IoT) technologies, artificial intelligence (AI), and audiovisual (AV) communication tools. These demonstrations highlighted how such systems can be combined to create collaborative, secure, and sustainable workspaces.

Visitors were able to experience live demonstrations featuring real software used in workplace settings. These included tools for IoT management, hybrid work environments, and AV integration, with an emphasis on employee well-being and environmental sustainability.

Among the technologies on display were advanced meeting room systems, energy monitoring solutions, visitor management platforms, smart locker systems, and print-as-a-service offerings. Ricoh also highlighted partnerships with major technology companies such as LG, Netted, Logitech, and Microsoft, particularly emphasizing integrations with Microsoft Teams and AI-driven features.

According to the company, these collaborations aim to support a more connected, efficient, and people-centered workplace model.

The exhibition also coincides with Ricoh’s 90th anniversary globally and 40 years of operations in Spain. Reflecting this milestone, the company designed its booth with a Japanese-inspired aesthetic, incorporating a “zen oasis” concept intended to provide a calm environment for discussions amid the busy trade show.

Ramon Martin, CEO of Ricoh Spain, described the booth as the company’s most refined presentation at the event to date, noting that its design encourages meaningful conversations and showcases Ricoh’s vision for the future of work.
