3D Art Show Captures Attention

A running horse, coffee art wall, zodiac signs, and a cold-hot planet are four items that caught the attention of visitors at a state-of-the-art, 3D technology art exposition.

Print-Rite brought four groups together in Foshan City, Guangdong Province, China to showcase how creative 3D printing can be. The art was created by ZeroHundred, renowned designer Ma Zicong and Cyrus Mok, all using Print-Rite’s CoLiDo 3D printers. The show included 3D printing, art, science and technology and fashion.

According to Print-Rite, sci-fi elements were built into each artwork which included a variety of forms and themes—some futuristic while others were more realistic and detail-oriented.

In addition to the artistic decorations, Print-Rite wowed the audience with a range of fashion items, also 3D printed using Print-Rite’s 3D printing technology. Twenty-three 3D-printed items of clothing, designed by the Institute of Haute Couture in Paris, and uniquely designed wedding headwear, (all attractively modeled in a wedding show), caught the imagination and awe of visitors.

Print-Rite predicts the printing out of clothing items at home is not only attainable but will become quite popular.
